Shipping policy

Within Mainland UK: £4 flat rate for Royal Mail Tracked 48, £5 for Royal Mail Tracked 24. Free shipping for orders over £30!

We will only ship via tracked courier within the UK. Your order will be picked, packed and shipped within one business day from your order. We ship parcels Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays), so if you place an order on a Sunday it will be processed the following business day.

We offer free shipping for orders over £30!

We try to use sustainable products while shipping, which might include re-used cardboard or boxes. We do not include printed invoices with orders to save on paper, but if you require an invoice feel free to email us at enquiries@laureltreebooks.co.uk and we will email you a digital copy.

Shipping can take up to 4 business days for Tracked 48 or up to 2 business days for Tracked 24. If you experience a delay longer than this without us getting in contact with you, please email enquiries@laureltreebooks.co.uk

Northern Ireland & British Forces: £6 flat rate

Shipping is £6 flat rate for all Northern Ireland and British Forces addresses, no matter how many books you purchase.

We offer free shipping for orders over £30!

United States: £20 flat rate or free shipping over £250

Shipping to the United States is £20 flat rate, no matter how many books! We only use Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express, and sending your order untracked is not an option. This is to ensure your delivery arrives safely and securely. You are required to provide your phone number with your order for customs puposes.

As secondhand books fall under the 0% tarriff rules, there will be no unexpected shipping charges added upon receipt. We only use recyclable materials when shipping books, which includes paper wrapping, corrugated cardboard and a compostable parcel bag.

UPDATE REGARDING THE EU:

Unfortunately, due to the new import rules imposed by the EU on goods entering from the UK, we cannot ship to the EU at this time. We will continue to monitor this situation, and if things change we will reinstate shipping to EU countries. Many apologies!
